At Tasty Cake, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our cakes and services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make the cancellation and refund process as clear as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations:

    • You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us via phone or email to initiate your request.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  2. Special Orders:

    • For custom or special orders, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes due to the nature of the preparation involved.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligible Refunds:

    • If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • If your order is delivered incorrectly or if the cake is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom cakes that have already been made or started cannot be refunded once production has begun.
    • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
